FUNNELS CONNECTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all use of services, products, events, digital content, and communications provided by Funnels Connection (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, purchasing, registering for, or using any Funnels Connection services, you (“Client,” “User,” or “Participant”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Funnels Connection provides, but is not limited to:

• Business consulting and coaching
• Sales, mindset, and confidence training
• AI education and implementation strategies
• Live events, workshops, and conferences
• Digital products, workbooks, courses, and materials
• Speaking engagements and professional training

All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Funnels Connection makes no guarantees regarding income, profits, business success, sales results, or personal outcomes.

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, skills, market conditions, and implementation. Any examples of earnings or success are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars.
• Payment must be made in full unless otherwise stated in writing.
• All sales are final unless a written refund policy is explicitly provided.
• Funnels Connection reserves the right to deny or revoke access for non-payment.

5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Digital products are non-refundable.
• Live events and workshops are non-refundable but may be transferable at the Company’s discretion.
• Funnels Connection reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, credits or alternatives may be offered.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, including but not limited to:

• Training content
• Slides
• Workbooks
• Videos
• Scripts
• Branding
• Logos

are the exclusive property of Funnels Connection and are protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Any non-public business information shared during coaching, consulting, or events is confidential and may not be disclosed without written consent.

Funnels Connection does not guarantee confidentiality for group settings or public events.

8. USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to:

• Disrupt events or trainings
• Share proprietary materials
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Misrepresent Funnels Connection or its representatives

Funnels Connection reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for violations.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Funnels Connection shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect losses
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Emotional distress
• Technical failures
• Acts of third parties

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to Funnels Connection.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funnels Connection, its owners, contractors, speakers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your participation or misuse of services.

11. DISCLAIMER

Funnels Connection does not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. Always consult licensed professionals before making business or financial decisions.

12. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Spokane County, Washington.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. MODIFICATIONS

Funnels Connection reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Funnels Connection services, registering for events, purchasing products, or engaging in any business relationship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
