AI Super Affiliate Coaching & Training Agreement

This AI Super Affiliate Coaching & Training Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the Effective Date below, by and between Funnels Connection, operated by Carl Douglas ("Coach"), and the undersigned participant ("Client").

1. Program Overview

The Coach agrees to provide the Client with access to the AI Super Affiliate Coaching Program, a two (2) month coaching and training program designed to support skill development in affiliate marketing, artificial intelligence tools, confidence building, goal setting, self-belief training, and strategic thinking.

The program includes education, coaching, digital resources, and website development as outlined below. Results are not guaranteed.

2. Program Term

3. Program Components & Stated Value

The Client acknowledges receipt or scheduled delivery of the following services and materials:

Total Stated Program Value: $15,500

4. Investment & Promotion

Standard Program Investment: $6,500

Special Promotional Investment: $2,500

This promotional rate is offered for a limited time and is non-transferable.

Payment is due in full prior to the start of the program unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are made to Funnels Connection.
• Accepted payment methods will be provided upon enrollment.
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

Payment Plan Option

At the discretion of Funnels Connection, the Client may be approved for a payment plan.

If a payment plan is selected:

The promotional program investment of $2,500 may be divided into installment payments as agreed upon in writing.

Available Installment Options:

The Client authorizes Funnels Connection to automatically charge the payment method on file for all agreed-upon installments.

If any scheduled payment is declined or missed:

• Funnels Connection reserves the right to pause coaching sessions, training access, website development, and VIP benefits until payment is brought current.
• No refunds will be issued for partial participation.
• The Client understands that failure to complete the payment plan does not cancel the remaining balance owed.

6. No Guarantee Disclaimer

The Client understands and agrees that:

• No guarantees are made regarding income, profits, or specific results.
• Success depends on the Client’s effort, consistency, market conditions, and implementation.
• Coaching and training are educational in nature only.

7. Intellectual Property

• All training materials, videos, worksheets, websites (excluding Client-provided content), and methods are the intellectual property of Funnels Connection and Carl Douglas.
• The Client may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce materials without written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, strategies, and private coaching discussions.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of the program and access to proprietary materials:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds are issued once access has been granted or work has begun.

10. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

11. Limitation of Liability

Funnels Connection and Carl Douglas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations.

Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

14. Acknowledgment & Signature

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
