TRAINING, COACHING & DIGITAL ASSET AGREEMENT

This Training, Coaching & Digital Asset Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [Effective Date], by and between:

1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms under which Funnels Connection and Carl Douglas will provide professional training, coaching, and digital assets focused on engagement, self-improvement, discipline, and goal setting.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Company and Trainer agree to provide the following services to the Client:

A. Training & Coaching

• Six (6) total hours of professional training and coaching
• Training delivered by Carl Douglas
• Focus areas include:
  • Personal and professional engagement
  • Self-improvement strategies
  • Discipline development
  • Goal setting and execution

B. Digital Assets

• Two (2) professionally designed websites
• Website development will not begin until payment is made in full
• Website content and structure will align with the Client’s approved direction

C. Additional Benefits

• Access to affiliate programs, which will be announced after this Agreement is signed
• A special invitation to participate in a private mastermind group hosted by Funnels Connection and Carl Douglas (Participation subject to mastermind terms and availability)

3. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

A. Standard Pricing

• Training rate: $1,000 per hour
• Total training hours: 6 hours
• Additional services and digital assets included
• Total Investment: $8,600

B. Early Bird Pricing

• Early Bird Paid-in-Full Rate: $6,500
• Early bird pricing is available for a limited time and must be paid in full before the websites are built.

C. Payment Requirements

• Payment must be made in full prior to the start of training and before website development begins
• No services will be rendered until payment is received
• Payment deadline: [Insert Date]

4. NO GUARANTEES

Client acknowledges that results vary based on individual effort, implementation, and external factors. Funnels Connection and Carl Douglas make no guarantees regarding income, business success, or personal outcomes.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

All training materials, strategies, website designs, and discussions are confidential and proprietary. Client agrees not to share, copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written consent.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All training frameworks, materials, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Funnels Connection and Carl Douglas. Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal and business use only.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• All sales are final
• No refunds once payment is made
• Missed training sessions are not refundable but may be rescheduled at the discretion of the Trainer

8. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Carl Douglas is acting as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by all parties.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge and agree to all terms stated in this Agreement.
